ArmyPrep is for both soldiers and civilians. It’s a 1 month long plan designed to improve your PT test score, but is also for everyone else looking for a bodyweight workout.
It concentrates on improving pushups, situps, and running. There are 3 levels to choose from, beginner, intermediate, and advanced so it will be challenging for most people.
The workout plan is relatively quick to do, so if you’re already doing something, it can be easily added.
